- Having experience of Employee engagement activities
- Hearing and resolving employee query, counseling employees
S Skills Required :
- Degree in Human resources, Business administration or related field
- Proven experience of all HR Functions
- Knowledge of various Job Portals and HR Software
- Having Experience minimum 2 years in IT Recruitment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
