Job Profile :
- Oversee recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees – End to End recruitment.
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Prepare, update, and maintain HR documents, employee files, and personal records.
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Responsible to maintain & regularly update HR software.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Managing employee separation processes.
Skills Required :
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
- Fluency in English communication witten and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of HR practices.
- Managerial skills.
