Today, I, Mr. Dipendra Pancholi, working as a Sr. Project Manager at World Web Technology, would love to share my story with you.

This is not just a blog, but my expression of gratitude to the management and my colleagues at World Web Technology, who have shown immense trust in me throughout the journey.
In 2012, I began working for World Web Technology as a Junior WordPress Developer. Initially, my plan was to gain some real-world experience in the field before moving on to a more lucrative position with another company.
However, I could not do it, and today, it has been 11 years at World Web Technology, and I don’t have any plans for switching.
This is how World Web Technology treats its employees. We are not working as colleagues, but as family members here. We celebrate, we work, we enjoy, and we deliver the best and top-notch IT solutions to our clients.
Today, I am a Sr. project manager here and have the best team with unmatched technical brains. We have helped businesses and enterprises achieve their business goals by offering future-ready, tailor-made, and highly secure IT solutions that match world-class standards.
As I have completed 11 years at World Web Technology, the management decided to offer me a reward in the form of a foreign trip to Dubai with family. With us, the CEO of the company Mr. Sanjay Ghinaiya also joined the trip with his family.
When I shared this news with my family, they were on cloud nine. Nobody believed it, as it is a rare kind of reward you can expect from a corporate company. But I knew this was more than just a business; it was a home away from home.

About My Trip to Dubai
Our flight from Ahmedabad was scheduled for October 11, 2022. We reached the airport at 21:00 hours, and the flight took off at 21:50 hours.
We landed at Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 at 23:15 hours.
At the airport, we were received by a travel agency called Joy, and we reached the hotel Delmon at 01:00 hours on October 12. The hotel was very luxurious, with all possible amenities and facilities. On the same night, we took a break.
The next day, we checked out of the hotel at 10:00 hours. There were two other families with us, and a 12-seater Toyota Hiace was there to take us on the Dubai trip.
On the first day, we visited some amazing tourist attractions in Dubai city, including the Bur Dubai Museum, Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Beach, the Jumeirah Beach residential area, and Madinat Jumeirah Al Qasr.
At around 14:00 hours, we took lunch at the Maharaja Bhog in the Al Karama hotel, and the car dropped us at the hotel Star Metro in Deira at 14:30 hours.
At 16:00 hours, our tourist guide, Mr. Jitubhai from Rajasthan, came to pick us up to visit the Desert Safari in Dubai.
We visited Sahara Amusement for a Quad bike ride. Then, we enjoyed desert dune bashing with a professional driver, sunset photography, henna painting, camel riding, hubbly bubbly, a belly dance show, a fire show, a Tanura show, etc. We also got an opportunity to taste Arabic tea and coffee too.
We ate at the Desert Safari camp’s buffet dinner and returned to the hotel around 22:30 hours.
On the second day of the tour, we visited a total of three places.
Dubai Miracle Garden
This is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Dubai. Located in the Dubailand district, this place is the heart of Dubai. It has more than 50 million flowers to delight visitors.
Dubai Frame
Dubai Frame is another mesmerizing tourist attraction that offers panoramic views of the skyline, iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa.
Dubai Marina Dhow Cruise
If you are visiting Dubai, you cannot miss Dubai Marina. It has everything that you can ask for. A large number of snow-white yachts line the banks of the man-made Dubai Marina. You will be flabbergasted during the evening hours when the sun sets and beautiful lights come into the picture to blow you away.
You should definitely enjoy the night view of this area from the Arabian dhow called Oberoi.
We were back to the hotel at 23:15 hours, and then we rested while dreaming of other tourist attractions we were yet to experience the next day.
The next day, we left the hotel at 09:45 hours for Abu Dhabi. We reached the destination at around 13:15 hours.
There, we visited some amusing tourist destinations, such as:
Last Exit, a food truck serving amazingly delicious Dubai street food dishes.
Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the world’s largest mosque, has amazing architecture. It also has the world’s largest hand-woven carpet, measuring 5,625 square meters.
Abu Dhabi Ferrari World
Warner Bros., a theme park with indoor games and six uniquely themed lands such as Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch, Cartoon Junction, Gotham City, and Metropolis.
We returned to the hotel around 22:30 hours.
The next day, we visited some other tourist attractions such as the Dubai Dolphinarium, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Aquarium, and Underwater Zoo.
We took our time getting up the next morning and rested at the hotel. We visited the Gold Souk at around 13:00 hours and then went to Meena Bazar and La Meer Beach to shop and enjoy.
Our flight was scheduled for 00:10 hours on October 17. We returned to India on a Spicejet flight with lots of memories, experiences, and gratitude.
When you are traveling with the CEO of the company, you might feel a bit awkward, but it was not the case. Sanjay Ghinaiya sir was the too polite, friendly, and happy-go-lucky type to double up the fun and excitement. I am forever grateful to him for his company.
As people say, “Dreams do come true if you work hard.” This year, World Web Technology came into our lives as a Secret Santa and fulfilled all our wishes.
There is no place like World Web Technology, where they don’t just nurture young minds but also reward them with amazing gifts, just like I got in the form of this amazing foreign trip.
