Job Profile :
- Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Software International Market.
- Lead Generation in preferably in software development company in outsourcing business.
- Responsible for Bidding, various Sales tools & online platform such as Upwork & LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target segments in international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels: email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, Bidding Platform& web research.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email and phone to present company services.
- Hands on experience in working for B2B/B2C market.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Skills Required :
- Qualification: Any IT graduate/ MBA.
- Excellent skills in English writing, presentation & oral communication.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good team player.
- Think out-of-the-box in a dynamic and fast working environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
