Job Profile :
- Generate new business opportunities for IT Software Services in international markets.
- Identify, qualify, and develop leads through various lead generation channels and outbound sales activities.
- Hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads from international markets through multiple channels
- Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation tools to acquire potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client communication documents.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, conduct client presentations, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and activity reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Skills Required :
- Strong experience in International IT Software Services Sales and Business Development.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition from international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar portals.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, and email marketing platforms.
- Good understanding of the complete sales process, sales funnel, and modern sales techniques.
- Ability to generate qualified leads through cold emailing, cold calling, social selling, and networking.
- Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams, Project Managers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
