Job Profile :
- Develop and execute business strategies to identify new opportunities and expand market reach within the IT software and outsourcing sectors.
- Manage end-to-end lead qualification, bidding processes, and client engagement on various online platforms, like Upwork, Freelance, etc..
- Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry to position the company competitively.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand service offerings and translate technical capabilities into compelling proposals.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify potential clients and new market segments.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s IT services, including web and mobile development, with a focus on PHP technologies.
- Engage in online bidding, proposal writing, and utilization of various sales tools and platforms to secure projects.
Skills Required :
- 3-4 years of proven experience in IT business development, preferably within a software development outsourcing company.
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, link building, and online bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills to work independently.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Ability to listen actively and understand client needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Knowledge of sales tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing techniques.
