J Job Profile :
- Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
- Responsible for all pre-launch/pre-delivery website.
- Responsible for checking Website URLs and Web page coding for accuracy, completeness and adherence to design.
- Responsible to provide the final go/no-go determination based on expected launch success rate, prior to web site launch/delivery
- Required to work projects in a collaborative distributed environment with designers, developers, creative directors, and client project/account managers.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
S Skills Required :
- 2 years related Web QA/testing experience.
- Hands-On knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS required.
- Some PHP and WordPress experience highly desired.
- Eye for detail, intimate familiarity with testing for industry Web standards compliant sites such as W3C, and good time-management abilities are the key for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills required to communicate testing issues with clients and internal development team members.
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully.
- Should have a potential to lead & manage a team apart from delivery process.
